This 6 session one-on-one weight loss programme allows you to focus solely on your situation and your own personal goals. This allows you to progress at your own pace and is more flexible in terms of appointment times. Your first session is one hour and includes body measurements (height, weight, body mass index, waist circumference, and body fat percentage (using Tanita Body Fat Monitor). We carry out a comprehensive nutrition and dietetic assessment, looking at current dietary habits, nutritional status, exercise and lifestyle habits, medical history, medications, stress levels, and any relevant blood test results. We then provide tailored nutrition counselling and eduction to support a personalised diet plan. Subsequent sessions are 30 minutes long and include weigh in, dietary education and feedback. This programme is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence you need to help you lose weight and keep it off! Sessions focus on improving your nutrition and lifestyle knowledge (becoming a more active person, healthy eating and snacking, making sense of food labels, eating out, happy shopping, alcohol etc) and also help you develop the skills and motivation you need to make long term changes to your lifestyle. Sessions are tailored to your individual stage and needs.
